Group Facilities - Meeting Room

A campground meeting room is used for multiple purposes. Availability is limited and must be
reserved in advance.

The meeting room is heated
and air-conditioned.

The capacity of the
meeting room is 80 people auditorium-style or 40 people
classroom-style (with tables).

Meeting room rental includes
setting up chairs and tables to suit, a whiteboard and
markers, and a flipchart easel. A kitchen counter with a refrigerator,
sink and coffee machine is also provided at no extra charge.

Full payment in advance is
required.

A $100 security and cleaning
deposit is required. Cleanup after use is the responsibility of user.
The fee will be returned upon inspection of facilities after use. Any
additional cleanup costs incurred by campground will be deducted from it.

User must have proper
licensing to play live or recorded music. The Watkins Glen-Corning KOA
Campground does not subscribe to ASCAP or BMI licensing services.
